At The Painted Turtle we have two incredible volunteers named Pops and Sherri who are here for every session. They are basically the mom and dad on camp and I absolutely love them. After Special Diagnoses week, they held a barbecue for the staff at their gorgeous home and it was super fun.

You could say we are naturally gorgeous.

The, Zane and I
That next afternoon I headed off to Redlands with Cullen, Devo, and Trent. After a fun filled car ride with mom, dad, and my smelly brother, we ate some yummy [GLUTEN FREE MIGHT I ADD] pizza, watched The Goofy Movie, and did some reading. I also made out with Hilary's dog. Isn't that right Trent?
After being woken up at 7 in the morning, we headed over to Newport Beach to hang out for the day and catch some sun. Orla was transformed into a beautiful mermaid, I caught up on some Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter, and we all swam in the ocean. We even got to eat some fish tacos for lunch. All in all, it was a wonderful day.
Beginning of mermaid transformation.
Trent is such a good friend sometimes.
I will live in this house someday. Just saying.
Unfortunately I can't post very many pictures from camp, but here is a little taste of my current occupation:
Landscape portraiture anyone?
What's that? Brian has two right feet!? So realistic. Liiieke ah ma gash.
This would be a picture of my WALL OF FAME AND PICTURES. If you would like your artwork to be considered to be put up on the wall, please send me a message to get my address at camp. I would love more submissions! [Please note Old Gregg on the top right corner.]
And last but certainly not least is this last intersession. It included a lot of hanging out around camp, sleeping in late, going into town once or twice, watching a the Hunger Games, and seeing a Dodger's baseball game. Probably one of the more mellow breaks thats for sure. But for a good cause because guess what... THIS NEXT WEEK IS WHEN MY CROHNIES COME! WOOOO!!!! If you can't tell, I'm only a little bit excited. Dirty details of the week to come when the week is over.
I realize this picture is not the greatest, but this is the sunset that I came home to tonight. The sky was an incredible sherbet orange for a solid twenty minutes and faded into this. It was even more stunning in real life.
Simple things like this make me realize how incredible life is. I am were I am supposed to be, and am where I am for a reason. I have come to the conclusion that I have a lot of great things ahead of me, a lot of things to learn, and many ways to grow. As a friend of mine from camp would say, "IT'S TIME TO FREAKING RAGE." Time to LIVE and let others do the same.
LIVE AND LET LIVE.
p&B.

You got that right sistah! Great post!
