"Collect no leaves and go directly to snow."

You heard it here first kids! Or maybe actually because of the fifty billion Facebook posts. IT WAS SNOWING.

Therefore this is how Thursday went.
First off, woke up and went to my second doctors appt. (always fun) only to park in the usual spot and once out of my car realize the entrance is being conveniently remodeled and I have to enter at the side of the building. Already soaking wet, I decide that it is not worth going back to my car to re-park and continue to the door. On my way out, I realize that it is now snowing even harder and my parking spot seems 50 miles away. I bolt for my car, make it inside, and crank the heat to try and dry out my wet-dog appearance. To warm up those chilly hands of mine I headed to starbucks (naturally) and grabbed a delicious Chai. Yummmmmm.
That night= Studio 600! Country dancing. I felt like my grandma frei.

Friday.
Still chilly but not too bad, especially since I woke up at noon. (woo!)Which is great because I woke up just in time to get ready and go to wound clinic. Hung out there for a good couple hours and came home to hang out with my sister since Mamma was checked out at Sewing Summit for the weekend.

Saturday.
Sunny-ish. Went to the gluten-free expo which was a nice time. Who knew that they had whole bakeries dedicated to no wheat! And the food actually tasted normal and the cookies didn't taste like beans! It was magical. Then I did the same thing that I had done the day before. Came home, hung out with sister, but then went and picked up my friend, went to RED MANGO (yum!) and had delicious pumpkin frozen yogurt. We then proceeded to go to our favorite store Target where we bought some nail polish. We drove to her house after and did pedicures while watching our new 'choice' show, The Buried Life. (see picture below...)

After watching about 2 hours worth of these attractive men we went to Mexi-Burrito and were appreciative of their "open till 2 am" hours. It was a nice time.

Well that pretty much sums up my weekend. Hopefully you did something as equally if not more-so exciting?

p&B.
